the modern age has bring the most excellent thing for lifters that is called Electric Forklifts. The old Gas and Diesel Forklifts are also usable. But for some reasons these are applicable for indoor lifting.

All forklift drivers are switching to Electric Forklifts. These are much efficient lift trucks nowadays.

All those who use forklift will definitely require Forkliftparts sometimes. Forklift parts have to be replaced or repaired sometime to keep the forklift working good. Usually the parts of Forklifts are expensive. However if you are going purchase them, you need to be very careful.

The parts can be found new or used. If you are going to buy used parts you need to be more careful.

Before driving a simple car you need to get the license. Same like that if you are going to drive Forklift, you will require a license. If you don`t get the license you and your employer can get hurdle by Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA)in case of any accident.

Different kind of forklift holders would require Different kinds of licenses. The license would cover stand up or Sit down Lift.

If you own a car, you have to know about driving it before getting the license. Same like that Forklift owners would require proper training.

You can get the training though schools or sometimes you can get training onsite. Training onsite will require only few hours.Many people choose the second option. 

Prepare for a written test. The test would contain many questions including the Forklift Handling to minor repairs. This test would contain questions about handling different type of situations. 

You need to know about checking Horns, Cables and Electric lift. You will require to safely removing the Gas kit.  Before you are going to get the license you are required to know about the parts of the Forklift also.

You should know about loading up and down luggage. 

After that you have learned about handling forklift, you will be able to get the license.

Types: There are two kinds of Licenses.

In-house and RTITB

In-house allows driving for the company.
RTITB is your personal license. It is universal licence and is accepted anywhere.

Some licenses get expire within 2 to 3 years. While some of them will not expire as such. 

License requirement varies from country  to country. Some countries are required license to own a Forklift, other need only training. But it is better to get license with proper training. This will not only safe you from facing hurdle, but it will safe you also from accidents.
